Ghost for wc3 coded in C++

Hello admins,i am new to C++ and ghost,i got serverbot but i want to add command !exile.
!exile would be command only for root admin(me),and with that command i could ban someone from bot but no one of admins(people that i give access to) wouldn't be able to lift off ban.
I would be so happy if someone who is good in C++ can send me here code for that command.
And please if someone do it,tell me please where should i input it.
I am using Ghost++ and its on server.(my friend has his own server and he showed me how to work on in,its linux i think).

This not ghost's website. So asking a question that requires you to know how ghost works very well does not seem like it would be appropriate here. Maybe you should do some research on how to add custom commands to ghost.
