Is It possible to track free space available on hard disk cylinder by cylinder.
i want to reorganize some file on hard disk which i wanted. is like a de fragmentation of fragmented files so i want to know which cylinder has free space with enough of space to that selected file and if there is no space i wanted to swap those files to the place i would like. please reply me to do this....
