Linux (and Mac) programming

I know that Java and C/C++ can program, compile and run in linux, or Mac.

Are they the only programming language for these platforms?

And I also want to know if there is any chance that C#/VB.NET/VB6 programmes can compile and run in Linux / Mac ?
