How to create CodeBlocks project in Linux project?

I have project https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin where is directory build-aux/m4. This project can be build from command line, but I want CodeBLocks project to enable debugging. Is problem creating new cbp project i adding sources due o m4 files.
Is possible automatic create file cbp for example by cmake?
How create this project for this bitcoind project?
