RSS feeds

Cplusplus.com needs RSS feeds for each forum section. Don't you agree?

That would be pretty good - but then again I check here pretty often so :)

If cplusplus.com had an rss feed, checking to see if I want to help people out on the forums would be a lot easier. I use google reader to organize my rss feeds. Looks as if this site hasn't changed in forever.

I can't believe CPLUSPLUS.com. I only asked for RSS feeds on CPPBEGINNERS.com today, and they delivered RSS feeds the very next day. I've been asking for and RSS feed for almost a month and still, one probably one of the most popular cplusplus websites on the www, CPLUSPLUS.com doesn't have an RSS feed for the forums.

learn from cppbeginners!

That's a little harsh. The person who has spent the time to make this site, provide it with very in depth good tutorials. Host the website without asking for donations. You should be thanking them for what they've setup.

Yes RSS feeds would probably be a good addition to the site. But it's not needed that badly...

Lets take into consideration that the admin here might have a job to go and 8+ hours a day. He/She can not worry about every little thing they need to do with their website or they would be fired from their real job.

How much harder is it to click on a bookmark and look at the forums?

An RSS feed would be nice, but is it really that necessary? Any thread you have not read since an update, is marked as new.

eh... it is a bit harder to go to my bookmark and look at the forums.. i have been away for a few months.. but am back now.

But that's my problem, not the owner of the site.. I would like an RSS feed as well, but i'm not gonna complain if he doesn't. This is a good site, with or without the RSS feed.

Personally I'm glad you made the suggestion.. maybe someday he will. but the whole "learn from someothersite" thing was a bit harsh.
