What defines the programming levels Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced in c++?.
Obviously there is no right or wrong answer due to the fact that every one's mentality is different, but regardless to that I want to see what most of you come up with as your definition.

Nothing, really, they're subjective terms. The best metric of your programming ability is simply that - your ability.
