Terminal Emulator

I've had it with cmd.exe and its lack of Unicode. Does anybody know a terminal emulator for Windows with Unicode? Something like Konsole would be ideal.

No, not quite. ZOC is designed for remote stuff. I only need to pass commands locally. To fully understand what I mean, imagine something exactly like cmd.exe, and now add the possibility to display Unicode, instead of question marks.
