Maybe someone should make a "global" help topic and every so often go through the articles page and look for GOOD articles to add for common topics, sort of like how the "How do I keep my console from closing?" Although it will probably be a good idea to lock the thread in between to prevent random posts.

Actually, someday soon (as in, "real soon now") I plan to post a well-titled article on doing all that kind of stupid stuff with the console, which I hope will be used to replace the current sticky.
