Revision Proccess for Articles

When browsing around on the articles section of this website, I've noticed that some of the articles are full of BS. I don't want to single anyone out, but some of the information out there is wrong, and some is incredibly lacking. Other articles don't seem to be particularly useful, and would be better off as part of a larger article. I propose that there should be a process for articles to be reviewed and edited by members of this forum before going into the articles section. This would weed out grammar and spelling mistakes, as well as corrections and additions on pieces of information that could be incorrect or missing something important.

Just my two cents.
I completely agree with this, people try to learn from these articles including myself. So if articles have wrong information in them, then people will learn the wrong things as well.

Maybe something like a forum, where we can post responses to the article?
Er, we already had that, but I guess something was wrong with it...?
Well apparently, it doesn't work :o Some of the articles are fine, but some are riddled with mistakes, and I don't see them being corrected.
Maybe articles should be placed in a wiki.

The Article section changed some time ago (no longer in the same style as the forum).

There is a rating system on the article section, but that may not be sufficient to express concern.

I would suggest PMing the author or start a thread in the lounge to discuss errors et al.

The site administrator already reviews each (version of the) article before it's published.
Letting the community review and edit articles will lead to favoritism and article-nuking.
I don't mean allowing anyone to edit them, I mean having an easy way for people to make suggestions, or even post comments on articles so the writer can make changes.
I've seen some pretty stupid articles, but I can't recall seeing anything since the new article section.
