EDIT: Unless, of course, you're hoping to use Cocoa (the Mac OS X native API)...

The Mac OS API is targeted at Objective-C which is different enough from C++ to not warrent a section of its own. However most Objective-C questions I've noticed fall into
Genereal C++ Programming
without too much hostility.

"Mac" (or rather their operating system) is technically unix based.
