@ascii: They are a great way to make money (individuality) but they are terrible for a large scale economy. Since the OP was being for himself (an individual), ultifinitus's comment holds true. That being said, if anyone here tries to do it they're likely to fail due to insufficient amounts of ability in the extremely-good-at-bullshiting department necessary to pull it off (ask Madoff).
