Reference Update

Since the new c++11 standard is accepted, and largely implemented in major compilers, I guess the Reference section needs to be updated as well.

Not only the Reference but the Language Tutorial in Documentation as well.
Until then, I'm waiting for the latest edits of my crappy C++11 article to go live...
