my dad is heavy into profanity.

he drops something he swears
he looses his glasses he swears
he misplaces his drink he swears
he sits down and has to get up again he swears
he cant figure out the remote he swears
he gets stuck in the recliner he swears

i could list 20 more but you get the idea. foul language in my household is not offensive.

If someone pretty much admitted they were screwing with me my reaction would have been the same.

...now this just sucks. Grey Wolf has been around for a fairly long time and I think it sucks that he seems to have had a few functions on his account (posting?) disabled.

That said, um... do we really need to continue with this thread? I mean... both sides could have handled the situation better. We know that. :/

EDIT: Now he's been completely suspended. Dawg gammit.

Very simple. Two reasons.

(1) At first, (since I thought he was agreeing with me) I thought his reply was in the spirit

(2) Even if it wasn't (which later I realised was true) I didn't want to make a fuss about it there.

Firstly the altercation with m4ster r0shi was not the catalyst for me leaving the site, it is an unhappy coincidence. There are numerous reasons for my decision to leave but mainly I have some other projects that I would like to spend more time on and something has to give. I requested that my account be disabled for two reasons; Firstly I did not want to leave the account open for potential abuse of someone got hold of my password. Second I have enjoyed my time here and being slightly weak willed I need to have the account disabled so I don’t post here instead of working on my other projects.



With regards to the altercation with m4ster r0shi. Yes, I came to perceive that he was trolling me and I apologise to Disch and the rest of the forum for my choice of language when calling it to an end. The ‘apology’ PM did not read much like an apology and I did not accept it. The reason I posted it in the forum is twofold; firstly I believe that if you do something in a public forum that you feel the need to apologies for, the apology should also be in the public forum. Secondly I was changing the PM setting on the account and knew that the account would shortly be disabled so a conversation with m4ster r0shi would be out of the question. I hold no ill will towards m4ster r0shi in this matter nor should anyone else.



I would like to apologise to Twicker for any grief caused by people thinking that I was banned because of the language I used. He has been very supportive in this and runs a very good site.
