I'd say Rapid Terrain Visualization.
Though, Albatross's interpretation sounds good too.
EDIT: Also, "rabid" is spelled with one 'b'.
EDIT2: Unless "rabbid" stands for "rabid rabbit", which
is not the case here, as it is used to define "things".
