I agree with this on some level.

A large portion of the songs I like are one-offs of some band. I guess you could call them one hit wonders, except the songs I like weren't really hits.

Some of the more talented/consistently good artists that come to mind are:

It's also interesting that most are in their teens / early 20s. But I guess you're just more energetic at that age so it makes sense. Or maybe your passion just dies as you get older?

I used to be super into Metallica back in high school -- but now they just wear me out immediately. I'm all about softer stuff now.


Also I see rocketboy rocks the techno. ;D I'm surprised at how many of those I recognized.

and holy crap I didn't realize chrisname was so young. Now I feel old.

edit: though not as young as sargon. Who knew we had a toddler on the boards. XD
