i want to make a completely custum icon to replace the icon of my batch file or at least just select a new one. how i do that

You should be able to set a custom icon for a shortcut file (those that have a .lnk or .pif extension).

Right click, properties, shortcut tab, change icon.
Edit: Might not be able to do a 'custom' icon like this though.
