Does anyone know of any good memoirs?

Hopefully lounge = offtopic. Anyways, in my novel study class I need to pick out a memoir to read and I don't know what to choose. I kind of would like something to do with computers, but have a feeling that that would either be boring to read, or hard to make a project over (have to do 2 writing and 1 art project). So I was just wondering if any of you have read any good memoirs that you could suggest. It doesn't have to be a memoir on technology or computers or science(those are just pluses), just a good memoir. I've been looking, but you can't really search for them other than browse a list at Amazon. Google won't help much if I don't have a title or author.
