An acquaintance gave me an old book "Beginning OpenGL Game Programming" by Dave Astle and Kevin Hawkins but he don't have the CD already. I'm slowly reading it when I on my free time. Can anyone please send me a copy of the CD? I need to read the bonus chapters in it, thanks.

Ugh!! OJT sucks!! takes so much time :(
Which edition do you have? You should only use the 2nd edition as the rendering pipeline has changed. I do not recommend this book at all for you to start learning opengl. I highly recommend you pick up a copy of the OpenGL Super Bible (Blue Book). I also recall that there were problems with the cd source code for Beginning OpenGL Game Programming. The authors I believe posted the correct source on a website somewhere. I'll have to check when I get home.
I think I have the first edition. Well I was able to download the source code of the book but that's not what I need. I want the bonus chapters. I'm currently at the middle of chapter 4 and it refers to chapter in the CD.

Well, throw that book away. The new version of opengl basically marked as deprecated a considerable amount of what you would be learning so you will be wasting your time.
Are the Nehe tutorials also are deprecated? That's too bad for me, at least I'm programming Opengl in old school style. LOL! Makes me feel like an old programmer trap in a modern era.. hehe
