Inside an Unknown partition.

Hi.
I have two partitions of type 0xBB (Partition magic says this)
Windows doesn't recognize it.
How can I understand what is inside it ?
Can I do this Programmatically ?

I think the 0xBB is an Acronis hidden (0xbb) partition, if that is any help.
