Software to paraphrase quotes :)
Hello,
While writing the dissertation report, we need to make a chapter about "State of the Art". In this, we need to read scientific publications, paraphrase the sentences and then use it for the write-up. (kindof of sucky job!)
Does anybody know of a good paraphrasing software?

Are you sure you're talking about paraphrases? What you've been asked to do doesn't make a lot of sense IMO.

Ah, I see. In literature, a paraphrase is something like "to read or not to read" or whatever verb is there, as long as it's not "to be". But I see your point now.
