Fire Alarm
Sooo, yeah. Every minute my fire alarm puts out this really loud, high pitched, screeching beep.. And my fire alarms located 5 feet to my left, lol. I'm gonna go insane.
My dad has yet to replace its batteries (which is why it's beeping in the first place) and he won't let me touch the thing.
Cool! My first lounge post. I guess since we're 'lounging' here, i can just blab whatever comes to my mind, since i do that when i lounge.
Does anyone else here have a love for metal music? ... or chocolate milk? I haven't gone a day without a glass of chocolate milk in the past month. I guess this is what addiction feels like :P

The fire alarm sucks bigtime, though. I definitely feel a part of your pain regarding that one, except that I usually get around to changing its batteries before it can even get close to driving me insane.

I love metal AND chocolate milk.
Your fire alarm batteries are probably almost dead, change them, I know mine beeps like that when they are almost dead.

OI! R0SHI! COFFEE AIN'T THE ONLY SOURCE OF CAFFEINE, B*cough cough*.
Aside from that, depending on the coffee, I actually do like it. It has to be sweetened though.

I used to be pretty good with C++/ATL and decent with C++/MFC, however I've since gotten a little rusty. Actually, I should update my profile as I no longer have access to the Microsoft-only C++ extensions and I should also reflect the fact that I now have some proficiency with ADA, Perl, PHP, and (sigh) COBOL.
