Scripting Games

I've been searching awhile now but I noticed there weren't very many games consisting of scripting or games completely based on scripting. So, along with some other goals I'm working on, I'm going to begin a new project that tries to implement a game that concerns some sort of coding game. If anyone has any ideas, I am completely all ears.
EDIT: One idea my friend came up with is making a website that gives a daily task and then give points to submitters based on time and code effeciency, then allow them to get something in return such as free hosting which can be payed for through ads and, erm, my personal money until it gets popular T.T. It would consist of several languages and be given task such as:
Or something similar. And then a team would review each one, give a response via email to each one containing the amount of points they earned, why or why they didn't earn them, and probably an ad or two (>.>).

erm.... no... I especially don't have money since its going to gas and college. The prizes wouldn't be big and its just an idea. I need feedback or something to follow.
