Tangible Improvements for Productivity

I'm curious as to what weird and wonderful productivity-enhancements people use.

For example, one thing I find indispensable when working is a dual-monitor (preferably widescreen) setup. How many of you use two (or more) monitors? How big?

I'm also a big fan of ergonomic input devices, especially when working long hours. I have a 'naturally-shaped' keyboard and mouse, and I definitely notice the difference (my wrists feel pretty average after using standard keyboards for hours).

I'm aware that there is an entire research area on anthropometry and ergonomics (I even took a course on it), but I wanted to get opinions of programmers. There are of course other things to consider: chairs, desks that can be tilted/raised etc.

Hoping I can pick up some good ideas to save time :).
Tangible Improvements for Productivity? I have a refrigerator in my office and blinds on my windows... there's you're productivity boost.
I just use a whiteboard, books, dual monitors, and Mt. Dew.

I personally don't consider "getting up to get something" a loss of productivity, if that's what you're thinking of. Now, that's an opportunity for you to get distracted, but that's something else entirely. Being at a computer is (for me) the very definition of distraction. (AND productivity. Now that's ambiguous!)
