alert emails

Hello everyone!

Sorry for the following question, if there's already a sufficient
answer somewhere else please tell me so.

Now, if I post a question I'd like to get an alert-email for every
answer.
Does that already happen and I'm just to stupid to see or
is there a special button in settings for that which I didn't
find?
