I am making my own site. Although it is indexed on google search but it is boring. I want stuff like I marked on the red box on the image above

You probably have to use some HTML. I know you can change your website description with HTML only. I forgot how though.
Google "website description with html" or something.
P.S. Could you give me the link to your website? I won't DDOS or do anything malicious I promise. Just want to have a look. I don't know how to create my own website and make it available on the internet.

Get a domain from some site, buy a lovely hosting plan, open up the cpanel (google cpanel) you'll get the rest, or get wordpress and you'll get the rest... Although wordpress is not dev friendly IMO...
I think the answer is SEO (search engine optimization) try for that... Although I dont know much about it myself
I think what you are referring to is Google's "Sitelinks" feature. I don't think they tell you how to get it, so my bet would be on making your site amenable to crawling and navigation and hope for the best.

And I'm sure you can change the description of your site with HTML only.

Usually I give my site to anyone... but I don't know why @boost lexical cast's DDOS comment made me paranoid, and @shadder's comment somehow justified it
