As I'm reading it, I'm finding myself wishing for the ability to make corrections to the author's English. For example:
"The ANSI-C++ standard acceptation as an international standard.."
should read
"The ANSI-C++ standard's acceptation as an international standard.."
or (much better in my opinion:)
"The acceptance of the ANSI-C++ standard as an international standard.."
(At first I didn't think "acceptation" was an actual word, but believe it or not, it is. But its use in the original text is still fairly grossly grammatically incorrect.)
