Looking for a new webhost

Anyone know of any cheap webhosts? Something that can still do everything I need (scripts, sql and what not). Found some good ones here and there but wouldn't mind still digging through some more.

Cheers,
Myth.
Byethost (spelt byet, not byte, by the way) do good free and paid hosting.
I use Network Solutions. They advertise 300 GB of hosting space, 3000 GB monthly data transfer, up to 25 FTP accounts, up to 1000 email boxes--one of which can be a catch-all, and 1 free domain name registration for around $10/month with a year+ package (I think it's around $12-13/month billed monthly).

I'm using their small UNIX hosting package and it's Apache. They don't give you shell access, so you can't use Subversion or anything, but the package does include up to 25 MySQL databases. I've been hosting with them for a few years and haven't had any reason to consider switching...if anything I'll probably get a bigger package with shell access next time around--I think having a web-accessible SVN repository would be handy for collaborative projects.

I'd like to hear some other reviews, as well.

Out of honesty, I would use a free host. My host is perfectly fine, stable, and cooperative. All paid hosts I've had have ALL tried to scam me and they've all given bad customer support and stability. webhostingpad.com is one that unfortunately bought. I canceled my account three months ahead of time to the dead line and three months later, I get a call from their asset management company explaining that I owe webhostingpad.com 83.27$. So for about a month, I complained that I didn't owe them shit and that I had already canceled by email. Well it turns out, the representative that had told me to cancel via email was fired and that my account wasn't canceled so they decided to roll into yet another years of payment. The funnier part about this is that my site was down for the three months before the deadline and that it was a problem with their servers. They literally go out of their way to my my life a living hell.
