Well, given when the reply was made it narrows down what the issues are. I've already downloaded all the back issues from 2003-2012.

Maybe I should spend some time reading the back issues anyway, all of those where the article would be. ;)

The link Duoas posted is the same as a reference I have used to the November 2004 issues. It was an issue about security...according to the comments in my code.

I glanced at that issue (Nov 2004) and it did seem to fit the general idea of what was discussed in that article regarding Windows credential/user input verification.
