So I was snooping around for jobs and I came across security Engineer, and it sounds like something I want to pursue. I'm learning C++ currently, and I want to learn assembly eventually to reverse. Is this what a security engineer typically does? If not what kinds of jobs can i get with C++ and assembly?
My dream job would be working at a game company like Riot games as a security engineer(if this involves C++ and assembly)
The most likely place you'll find C++ and assembly are in writing device drivers or code for small devices. I wouldn't pay too much attention to job titles. Look at the job description instead. After all "sanitation engineer" is the title of many garbage collectors and absolutely everybody at a bank is a "vice president".
