My granddaughter is asking me if she can have minecraft. I want to know if I can get it for a 9 year old girl and let her play on my pc without purchasing xbox. Is it a good idea?

Definitely a good idea! Minecraft is a game that helps develop your creativity, especially for a 9 year old. It's also harmless, something a 9 year old girl could play :)
