I agree with this 100%. @OP: You can move this to the correct section by clicking on the "Edit Topic" button near the top of the post.
@ OP: Remember, once you pay someone to write software for you, you become the owner of that intellectual property in most countries. So don't let anyone tell you that it is plagiarism. However this is considered cheating by just about every credible university in existence and so it is very important that you understand and acknowledge the risks before taking this course of action.
It looks like your professor takes cheating very seriously. You could be kicked out of the University for this. I'm not saying I have done this, or that I haven't, but your professors email is public, and it would not be hard to tip him off that one of his students is a cheater, in which case you could be under extreme risk of expulsion. It's not worth it.
