Take down infected forum

I have only been on this site a few times so im not sure who would have the authority to do this but this topic: www.cplusplus.com/forum/lounge/100358/
is infected with a worm virus specifically a VBS/worm virus i dont know who but somebody should proably take it down.

And how do you know this?

because a) thats not how the internet works b) one random webpage created isn't going to have one and c) they would have to be able to inject malicous javascript in the page which didn't happen
