Newbi programmer looking for help

Hello!
I am looking for someone with some experience in programming that could help me with advice and guid me in the right dirrection. If you are a helpfull person that could help me over skype(i will use chat not call you) with basic questions about programming. I am in need of help if anyone are willing to help me i could give you a gift like some money on paypal or maybe a steam game or someting? :) i am not asking for you to do my homework or anyting, just help me out with some questions about c++ and teach me how to be a better programmer. If you also are a newbi programmer add me aswell, maybe we could share some knowledge and answer eachothers questions! ^^

Why settle for just one person? If you post your questions here, you'll get advice from many talented and knowledgeable programmers.
