Telescopes and C++

Just wondering if anyone knows of any telescopes out there that come with c++ libraries. Just interested in finding out if it's possible to make programs for any of them. Something like bringing up the display on your screen and controlling it with your xbox controller etc.

Thanks.
If such a thing exists, which, considering the size of the group of astronomer programmers, I seriously doubt, it would be fairly expensive.
I don't even know how to search for something like that. "Programmable telescope" apparently refers to a telescope with preset polar coordinates that can point to an object based on the date and location information, like a ZIP code.

This may be a good place to start:

Build a satellite. Then you can program it yourself :)
I swear I saw this somewhere, I was interested in it at one time... I'll take a look when I get home.
Thanks for that link Grey Wolf. Looking at it now. And thanks Return 0 :)
