No they don't, and you can install php on your computer(although its more involved than it should be) and open your files in a web browser.

Why? Lots of people spend a lot of money to go to Disney World; it's pretty expensive.
Then again those stupid adverts they keep making to tell us how magic it is are rather irritating.

You can install Apache, MySQL, and PHP on a Windows system as well. Did just that for an intranet site at work. I guess you'd call it a WAMP?
And in case anyone was wondering, I'm American as well.

W indows, I IS, M ySQL, and P HP = WIMP.
WIMP is also "windows, icons, menus, pointer", so if you don't do command line your a wimp.
