Are we talking Multi or Single Player games? Guess it doesnt matter, multiplayer fps games on console is ughhhhhhhhhhh So here is some great singleplayer games.

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger
Metro: Last Light
Crysis 1,2,3
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Fallout 3, New Vegas
Portal 2(?? :D)
Wolfenstein: The New Order (One of the best games of 2014 by far)

The only FPS I ever really cared about was the Borderlands series.

Borderlands 1 and especially 2 are pretty fantastic. BL1 is the reason I bought my 360. But don't bother with the "Pre-Sequel", they pretty much made it shitty.

Duck Hunt
You can shot one duck, shot two ducks or shot clay discs (but most of the time you'll be shooting your dog)
It also has a multiplayer mode

I will always recommend MGS4 as the top PS3 game. Not a first-person shooter, but a damn great game.

I couldn't get into borderlands. Loved fallout 3,first one I've played.

Unreal Tournament 2004 with close 2nd, Unreal Tournament.

Special mention: Deux Ex, Doom.

Either new FPS are not as good as the old days, or I don't like them as much. Or both... I'm not entirely sure.
