Does anyone know the formula to graph your heart rate similar to that of a heart monitor? I tried googling but all I get is excersise recomendations since America is pretty much a fat ass.

What do you mean? The heart is meant to beat between 65 and 72 beats per minute at rest (mine is something really low like 50, but gets to around 80 quickly; probably something to do with me not doing any exercise ever... I just rely on my metabolism)...

I don't know what you mean by "graphing your heart rate". If you want to predict the BPM of a person then you need to know how many times their heart beats in a certain about of time, i.e. 6 seconds.
A heart monitor just monitors the muscles in the heart (I think) and displays the contractions and stuff, not the "beats" as most people think of them as.
I thought that when the muscles of the heart contract, and thus give the blood momentum, that is what we refer to as a "beat" of the heart. When it relaxes, that's referred to as another "beat", and thus you get a (hopefully) fairly steady rhythm.
An EKG, or electocardiogram, measures the electrical pulses going to the heart.

That's what I thought he meant; but I don't know how he would graph that on a computer without some kind of input machine and a driver for that peripheral, or just user input (which should never be relied on, particularly where it requires reaction times)...

There's an equation in advanced algebraic equation you can use to make certain rules to map similar to that of a heart monitor. There should be a set equation somewhere around here that allows me...
I stopped reading at "advanced algebraic equation". Not really; but I suck at algebra.
