Biicode as c++ dependency manager

If anyone is interested in a modern-cloud way to manage the c++ dependencies of his project I recommend to take a look to http://www.biicode.com and make the getting started guide.

Doesn't look like anything special to me. Looks like an over-glorified github with the addition of a dependency manager... which is not really necessary in the first place...

This actually looks really cool. Reminds me a lot of Gradle or Maven. I might need to try this out.
