Need help from a professional programmer please

I have an assignment in my Technical Writing class in school, and one of the requirements is to ask a professional in the field a few questions about getting into the industry of our choosing. I am needing to also know the company that you are working for, and can e-mail you. Thank you very much.

Problem is that not everyone here is a professional in the field for a company. Some, like me, do their programming per project per person. I hope you find someone to interview, but I just wanted to point that out. With technology quite a few people work from home on projects.
