Help please!! Grub can't boot!! Error 17

I've recently uninstalled windows 8 from my triple boot setup, namely slitaz linux, win7 and win8, however when i rebooted , Grub (4DOS) says :

error 17

Please someone help, as far as possible i want to avoid downloading high sized files
I only have a small usb drive ( 2gb )
And i don't have any windows installation disk

Can you give the complete error information (I am sure it said more then error 17). Write down everything you see on the screen when you boot up and then post it here.

Could you also provide some information about your setup. Like are you running all 3 OS's on a partitioned HD? Or seperate HD's?

[late reply] nevermind, phew, i've managed to make it work, i've reinstalled slitaz using the live cd and it worked perfectly upon reboot.

Luckily i have my files in a separate partition
