How to register oneself in Internet?
Basically you have to find yourself someone that will give you a page that you can work with.
Choices are:
an ISP (Internet Service Provider) who will give you a home page.
pay someone for a domain name and a server who will host your domain.
get an old PC to plug into the net permanently as a server (this will cost you money too with your ISP).
