Can someone please help me progress faster but still
learn. For some reason I'm progressing slowly in c++ Primer 5th edition just because I think I might miss something. How can i progress faster? When ever I read something I just feel like that's all I don't wanna take in to much and confuse myself. And sometimes I'm lazy.

If I stay at the same level it will take me ages I'm reading about 3 pages a day
Thanks
I know this is an odd question but it's a weakness I have and maybe other people might have. (I'm learning alone I think that's the reason if I took classes it would be easier but I'm 12 and I have looked for classes but none accept 12 year olds)

Quality over quantity. Start a project with a high goal so you never reach it, and doing certain things will force you to learn something new.

I know how you feel with no classes taking twelve year olds, but no worries. Just learn by yourself.

Thanks Lumpkin, Quality over quantity just like my old teacher used to say, thanks I am going to set a goal and see what happens then.
It's really stupid that all the classes say no.

Anymore ideas.
And thanks Lumpkin
Best idea ever - Stop being lazy. It took me 20 years to realize this... Imagine what you can do if you realize it when you're 12!`

thanks mats
The hard part is the realizing it, but im gonna say no to when ever i feel lazy from now on
Speeding through will make you like me. Sure I know a lot of the language rules and features and how to do simple applications, but due to me rushing through it after reading one book I have absolutely no confidence in programming or abilities. Take your time to fully understand everything.

Thanks, I'm not gonna rush anymore instead I'm gonna make sure I get everything into my head. I'm progressing really slowly but I think it's not just me not rushing it's me being lazy and clicking on minecraft instead of code blocks
