Can't really say I have a favourite, I used Courier New for sometime and now use whatever sublimes default font is. At home, whatever Ubuntu's default terminal font is.
An open source programming font is the my favorite its released by Adobe, made with the intent of maximizing usability and avoiding common design flaws in monospaced fonts.
