Can i go for computer science?

I currently study telecommunications engineering. I dont have the best knowledge of programming. I have only used html, css and javascript (not a professional).
Currently learning python and i know a little basics of c++.
is it possible to apply for a masters degree in computer science?
Would i be able to cope with it?
Are the likely to review the basics?

Why not ask those at your college.
I'm to young for college, however I'm sure SOME professors were in the same boat as you.

If that is what you want to do then go for it. If you do get accepted be sure to study and code as much as you can before you start.
