Do you guys work on project with teams or not

Hi,
I am quite new to this forum but I have not seen may people working on projects with others here. Do any of you work on small Projects or do you tend to work alone.
I personally prefer working with Bunch of people when creating something more advanced such as Ring0 Rootkits for Test AV but on small scale projects I tend to work alone such as designing a 2D Game or Ring3 Rootkits for Test AV. I want to know how you work or have you ever worked.
