Skills required...
•Extensive C++ development experience in a Windows environment
•Experience with C#, .NET Framework and Winforms
•Good working knowledge of Win32, COM, DCOM
•Experience developing complex multi-threaded applications
•Knowledge of Object Oriented Design techniques
•Experience of architecting complex software frameworks
•SQL Server 2000/2005 knowledge
•Good knowledge of Windows desktop and server environments
•Thorough understanding of established and emerging software development methodologies
•Demonstrates excellent communication skills
•Works on own initiative as well as a strong team player
•Experience of XML/HTML/XSLT development desirable but not essential
•Deep Windows system knowledge desirable but not essential
