Berean Group Seeking Business Intelligence Manager
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 month contract to hire

DESCRIPTION
• The BI Manager position plays a key role in driving strategy and execution around developing reports, dashboards, queries, and analysis to drive data-driven decisions throughout the company.
• The ideal candidate has exceptionally strong problem solving skills and the ability to understand and drive hyper growth of business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead a team of internal consultants to develop reports, analyses, and algorithms that grow and innovate the business.
• Serve as the technical lead for BI and Analytics initiatives.
• Work closely with all functions of the organization to develop solutions to address business needs
• Lead the development and expansion of our analytics platform
• Develop reports and documentation for ongoing reporting needs by department
• Develop web based internal dashboards
• Conduct Ad Hoc Analysis
• Gather data from multiple sources to create integrated reports to drive decision making.
DESIRED BACKGROUND
• 2-5 Years development experience
• Experience with SQL and web development
• Experience developing ETL processes and DBA experience
• Advanced Excel Experience (Pivots, Macros, VBA, ODBC, OLAP)
• Experience working with third party APIs (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
• Analytical and creative problem solver
• Experience in data mining and statistical modeling techniques
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field
