Salary range for this position: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
Will consider candidates for direct hire or contract to hire.

Description:
Established technology company with a creative engineering team working in the data protection product area has an opportunity
for a Sr. Software Developer to work in the cloud area as a leader in remote replication, WAN and optimization and API integration.
Will be an individual contributor, but also a leader of others in design, development and integration.
In addition will also support public cloud systems.

Required:
-Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or a related technical field
-at least 5 years software engineering in C and / or C++
-strong motivation and analytical skills with strong technical aptitude
-preferred is experience with public clouds and REST API (Will consider training the right candidate)
-preferred is progam management experience
-preferred is experience with storage, servers and / or data protection
-preferred also is experience interacting with remote organizations and vendors
