i am a beginner c++ programmer but i wanted to know a place to sell programs

if you're a beginner nobody is going to want to buy your programs, if you insist on trying though then why not make a game in XNA after you've gained some experience and try to get it on the xbl marketplace

Otherwise, you can always mod Wolf3d (Which is an os dos game :D). And sell it to you friends.

It seems as though users want programs like key-loggers, clean-up programs and such. I've seen groups of beginner programmers who's target is to make games. Why not create a program that performs useful operations? Of course, making programs doesn't have to be malicious. Considering your're a beginner, start small.

P.S: You're selling the content of the program/game, not the language itself.
