Well, if they are paying me $50 to work 10 minutes on some noobish homework assignment, I'd do it. However, they probably want to send me "files" that have the "requirements" and they happen to be a .exe type because "the teacher is weird."

I'd do it, if you don't need it to look pretty. Just e-mail the details in text format, please.
